Our aseptic filler mainly  differs in its flexibility and ease of use. It can be supplied in the configuration with one or two filling heads and possibly combined with an aseptic tank.

The hourly filling capacity of 200 l is such that it can fill up to 25 aseptic bags, if equipped with a single head, or even 50 aseptic bags, if equipped with a double head.

​

The operator manages the handling of pallets, drums and the insertion of the cap into the filling chamber directly from the ground.

The filler can complete the pre-sterilized bags with 1" or 2" standard caps.

The operation also provides the option of directly filling 4 drums on pallets, a single drum, containers of 1000 l and bags of 5 to 20 l.
It can also fill different products both low or high in acids.

All head movements including displacements, which are pneumatically controlled. The machine is equipped with an electrical panel that thanks to an HMI operator panel allows the supervision and instant control of temperatures, alarms, operating cycles and weight of the product placed in the bag.

​

The product placed in the bag is checked thanks to a magnetic or mass flow meter positioned on the arrival pipe of the product itself and by a platform on load cells placed at the base of the filler where the pallet is placed.

The machine is also equipped with a steam unit with reducer and filter element, steam barriers, flexible hoses produced in certified food rubber, shut-off valves for product and C.I.P.
